I'm not going to stop

Plasma 5.27.5 brought in a feature which kinda annoyed me: switch desktop with mouse wheel...
so I wanted to disable that
I looked all around System Settings, but couldn't find anything.
so I went into Configure Desktop and Wallpaper... and guess what?

I found the option

sadly, after changing it, enabling some other things, and clicking OK... suddenly...

the reason why I revived this series

it crashed.

to make things worse, guess what? Dr. Konqi failed to start just when I needed it!
so now I have to go through the process ALL over again just to reproduce this bug and report it...

...and here I was thinking those 15-minute bugs caught most crashes.
