I don't like the GitHub 404 page

the desktop one. I mean it's so annoying for one big reason.

look here.

This is not the web page you are looking for.

yeah. I mean how stupid.
normally when you request a page that doesn't exist, the server is sorry to you, or at least it tells you that it doesn't exist, but hey, at least you are not in fault because you did not know the page didn't exist... plus if the server makes a mistake and a link sends you to a nonexistent page, it is sorry to you... and the website is at fault instead.
but here, this dumb character blames you for trying to access a page that doesn't exist! like I mean how?!
it feels like the character is scolding you and hindering you from going any further!
plus, if GitHub accidentally sends you to a nonexistent page it still blames you! like it thinks it's your fault for doing that!

and this actually can be reproduced... apparently the "Desktop version" button that appears in the mobile version of GitHub does not work anymore, but if you click there and then miserably attempt to select "Desktop site" in the Chrome dropdown menu, it sends you to this page, and thinks it is your fault for trying to work around a problem!
like, really? all I did was work around a bug and you insult me over that?!

now what about repositories that actually existed but are no longer there?
instead of telling me "404: This page does not exist", you tell me that it isn't the page I was looking for...
...when in FACT IT IS!!! I got linked here, so how come you blame me over not knowing it doesn't exist anymore?!

Octocat, get outta here and let me go back to work!!! -_-
