secret chords in Yamaha keyboards
if you've been a Yamaha keyboard user, i'm pretty sure you know the style feature pretty well, but maybe you thought, "what happens if I input an invalid chord"? well, yes, unlike the rest of keyboards, it will work, unlocking some secrets of which will be discussed in this post.

i know it's a minor thing, but since 2018 i observed an enormous rise on the usage of the "oof" onomatopoeia.

the name of the wine-gecko package is a tease!
in order to check what's going on with wine applications failing to be unredirected and the battle.net client interfering with unredirect, I had to install Wine. but here's a problem:
