to sync with upstream.

the changes offered by upstream are:

• KWin no longer uses the wrong color scheme on first login
• KWin Wayland now respects your keyboard repeat rate setting
• a crash regarding highlighted tab boxes has been fixed
• some Qt warnings regarding rectangles fixed
• a micro-fix to the KWin desktop config section
