Furnace 0.6.6 and 0.6.7 released

not enough time to write an announcement about 0.6.6.

Furnace 0.6.6 introduces:

• S3M import, for real this time
• XM and IT import
• undo in instrument editor
• improved TIunA export
• sample bank import
• NES DPCM loop position
• AY-3-8910 timer effects (PWM in particular)
• some other fixes, crashes and stuff

Furnace 0.6.7 fixes a major bug in NES DPCM loop position.
