kwin-maybelowlatency 5.19.0 is out. yeah I am late again and the Arch Linux KWin guy beat me by several hours.

well, I can tell you that there is a possibility that this version may not be low-latency after all. I need to work on this issue but seriously I had no time...

but you can find the release here for now until I release 5.19.0-2 with a possible fix.

(also 5.18.5-4 will come out soon)
