KWin-lowlatency 5.15.6-2 patch update

i've updated the patch file release of KWin-lowlatency 5.15.6-2, to fix compilation due to missing mousepos effect code.

while 5.16.2 is the current version, I am still keeping the 5.15 branch around for the sake of an eventual Ubuntu package.
