redesigned website is up!

the redesigned website, written from scratch, has arrived!

here are the list of changes in this new website:

• modern design: as opposed to the old design used since 2016.
• posts/announcements system: a much better approach than the older "main-page-only" headlines.
• misc section: planned back in 2017, I never had a chance to get it up until now.
• mobile version: the website now looks proper under mobile and other small displays.

there are some pieces that are still being worked on, but otherwise the majority of this website works.
