more privacy policy changes

as of now User-Agent is not going to be stored in this server's logs anymore.
while Google has started trials on reducing the User-Agent, I've decided to go one step further and completely disable User-Agent logging.

furthermore I have changed some of the privacy policy's wording to make it even clearer.
