KWin-lowlatency 5.20.0 now in the AUR

I made a huge mishap while preparing the PKGBUILD on GitHub...

I did not change the version number and so the 5.20 PKGBUILD ended up being the 5.19.5 one!
but this is now fixed and the package has been put in the AUR.
