kwin-lowlatency 5.17.1 released

despite everything, kwin-lowlatency 5.17.1 has hit the door.

there are no changes other than a few upstream changes (a tiny Wayland fix and an Aurorae fix).

I know there may be a bug in the AUR package which causes compilation to fail, but I am not sure what could it be... I'm in the process of talking with the bug reporters to determine the cause.
