age-restricted nonsense

YouTube's community guidelines are an absolute mess. some videos are age-restricted, even when there's nothing that would require those to be so.

but then talk about those videos which are NOT age-restricted, despite having the most explicit forms of nudity (that would be enough to age-restrict the video)...

this one in particular (haven't watched, but the cover is NSFW!).

that channel's known for using seductive covers in an attempt to grab viewers but this... is too much. I don't understand how could it get past the filter.
I mean, a picture of several nude women (in particular the center one that doesn't even have underwear (or maybe the string is too tiny to see but I can't tell)) is allowed but criticism of pop music (less than 0.5% of the video is NSFW) isn't?!
that's where i say the rules make absolutely no sense.
YouTube is no longer a safe place!

to further the issue, that video appeared as the first entry in the home page. as if YouTube suddenly decided "ok, that's fine, let's shove porn down our users' throats".
what kind of act is this! not all of us are ok with that (kids and good parents, where are you?)...

I cannot report the video because I have to be logged in for that (and I cannot because that would mean giving my soul to the devil), but if you are able to, report the video. the problem isn't its contents, but the cover.
let's hope we can get YouTube to censor the cover and/or age-restrict the video... as it should be!
