kwin-lowlatency 5.19.5-2 and 5.19.90 (5.20 beta)!

apparently the 100% CPU usage bug is gone in this version, but not sure how.

a new version (5.19.5-2) of my fork of the compositor is out, which removes a debug message that I somehow forgot to remove.

thanks frumble for pointing out my silly mistake!

furthermore I have released KWin-lowlatency 5.19.90 for those who want to pair it with the upcoming major version of Plasma, and a PKGBUILD is available in the releases.
remember to clean your build directory or reinstall vanilla KWin prior to going 5.20!
