changes to privacy policy!

the privacy policy has been updated to limit IP address logging.

this means that your IP address is no longer collected in full.
instead, only the first 3 digits (or 6 bytes if using IPv6) are logged.
this should increase user privacy, since I don't seem to need collecting full IP addresses anyway.

you can read the privacy policy using the option at the footer of the page.
